Floyd County Commissioners will tackle a number of agenda items when they meet Tuesday.
The board is expected to appoint Commission Chair Allison Watters as the voting delegate to represent Floyd County in the Opioid Settlement and consider a request to pay an invoice to Logical Systems for the camera upgrade project at the Floyd County Prison with SPLOST funds, which were approved for the project in the 2024 Budget.
A proclamation for American Red Cross Month is also on the agenda for the meeting which begins at 6 p.m. at the County Administration building located at 12 East 4th Avenue.
During the caucus, which begins early at 3:30 p.m., the commission will hear from Chrissy Marlowe with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government.
