The Rome Board of Education meeting will meet on Tuesday at the Rome City Schools College and Career Academy located at 990 Veterans Memorial Highway.

The caucus will be held at 4:00 p.m. in Room A201 and the regular meeting will start at 5:45 p.m. in Room A201.

Agenda items include public recognition for the Atrium Health Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay Overall Winner, 1st Place Winner, and Poster Contest Winner; the District Spelling Bee Winner; Employee of the Month, and Student of the Month.

Superintendent Eric Holland will present the attendance report, go over ESPLOST V numbers, and present any personnel changes.

The Spotlight on East Central Elementary will be presented by Samantha Lindsey.

Approval of the SY25 calendar is also on the agenda, along with appointment of an ex officio member to the Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Board.
