A 30-year-old Aragon man was jailed following a shooting incident on Saturday on Harmony Road.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Alexander Drew Osborn was in a place he did not have permission to be.

When confronted, Osborn fired a shotgun at the victim, who was struck on his right arm and chin by pellets from the shotgun round.

Osborn is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and loitering or prowling.
