A 37-year-old Rome woman has been jailed on a felony warrant charging her with identity fraud.

According to the warrant:

Haley Laray Dykes possessed the personal identification documents of another person and then used that information to operate bank accounts linked to the victim by using her cell phone.

Evidence of the crime was located while police were conducting a search warrant on Dykes’ phone.
