A 2-vehicle collision that occurred back on June 4th on Prospect Road in Rockmart resulted in a motorcyclist being life-lighted to Grady Memorial Hospital with multiple serious injuries.

Roxanne “Rocky” Jones remains in the ICU with multiple severe injuries after a car failed to yield while turning left, striking the left side of her motorcycle.

According to family member Trinity Jackson, Roxanne lost her left leg above the knee as a result of that accident. Roxanne also sustained other injuries including a broken neck, a broken right leg, multiple pelvis fractures, and more.

Any donations received through the fundraiser will go towards Roxanne’s immediate health needs as well as caring for her family and her farm animals.

Another way that the family can be supported is through the donations of feed supplies purchased for the family’s farm animals.

The animal feed supplies can be purchased and donated to Roxanne and her family through Holland’s Fertilizer Company in Cedartown, or alternatively at Wild Horse Tack and Feed (also in Cedartown).
