Floyd County Jail Records –

On Monday 18-year-old Justin MyKail Beckworth of a Fox Trot Walk Rockmart address turned himself into the Floyd County Jail and has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Last week the Rome Police were dispatched to shots fired at a business on Riverside Parkway in Rome. It was reported that Beckworth allegedly pulled out a weapon and fired several rounds in the direction of other employees and then ran from the facility. No one was injured in the discharge of the weapon.
