On Saturday the 18th Annual Floyd County GOP Rally took place at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds.
A crowd gathered to hear opening remarks made by Floyd GOP Chairman Jamie Palmer who introduced multiple guest speakers including Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, as well as Senate Candidate Herschel Walker.

Shortly after their speeches, both Greene and Walker held a public meet and greet.
State Senator Chuck Hufstetler and other local officials also took to the stage to speak and encourage the community to get out and vote.

There was also a special recognition of Earl and Caroyln Tillman; Because of their continuous support over the years, the Floyd County Republican Party announced that the name of the annual rally event will be changed to the “Tillman Rally” in their honor.
