The Floyd County Commission is expected to award contracts for a number of purchases when they meet Tuesday.
Agenda items include $77,870 for the purchase and installation of recording equipment for the 911 Center Upgrade and $225,000 for a lower floating dock and gangway at the Lock and Dam.
Commissioners will also consider a request from Floyd County Emergency Management to replace twenty-eight microwave radios at a cost of $218,915.
Tuesday’s Floyd County Commission meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the county administration building on East 4th Avenue.
The caucus starts at 4 p.m.
During the caucus, the commission will go into executive session to discuss the acquisition of property, litigation, and personnel.
