A 50-year old Summerville man has been arrested on charges of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, statutory rape and sexual battery.

Investigators with the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office say the victim reached out to school officials for help after suffering nearly eight years of constant sexual abuse.

Immediate response and care was provided to the children.

After numerous interviews and exams, warrants were then issued for Clifford Eugene Hubbard.
