Cartersville Police Department –

On Saturday, February 26, 2022, the Cartersville Police Department and the Cartersville Fire Department responded to multiple vehicle fires at two separate apartment buildings.

The fires were contained on the unoccupied vehicles and no injuries were reported.

A criminal investigation resulted in the arrest of 24 years-old Anthony LaChris Beeman of Cartersville.

Mr. Beeman was charged with three counts of Arson 3rd Degree and three counts of Entering Auto.
