FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 52-year old Rome man was arrested at his Chateau Drive residence early Thursday on charges of terroristic threats and acts, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Walter Randall Smith told the victim that he would “blow her head off.”

Smith was in possession of a firearm at the time of the threat, according to the report.
