FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

Two Lindale residents were jailed Tuesday on felony warrants charging them with aggravated animal cruelty.

According to the warrants, 46-year old James Forsyth and 46-year old Amanda Anne Forsyth are accused of neglecting a 13-month old boxer-mix, denying the dog food and proper veterinary care.

The dog was underweight, weighing only 29 pounds.

The dog also had heartworms, whipworms, and hookworms, all easily treated with veterinary care.
