The following press release for the upcoming event:

“The Heart of the Community Heart Walk will be held Saturday, February 26 at Ridge Ferry Park near the ECO Center.

The walk will begin at 10:30 AM. This FREE community event is open to the public to meet and congratulate the 2022 Heart of the Community recipients, have some coffee and hot chocolate compliments of Java Joy, and enjoy a heart-healthy walk on Rome’s trails.

Masks will not be required as we will be outdoors.

We will practice social distancing and encourage mask-wearing. The Heart of the Community Heart Walk is presented in partnership with TRED and AdventHealth Redmond.
