FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rome man is facing charges of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, criminal damage to property, and terroristic threats and acts following his arrest Tuesday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 60-year old Rickie Alan Dow fired a gun striking the victim’s home, damaging a storm window, refrigerator, window, and several interior walls.

The report states there were two women inside the home at the time.

Dow also stated that he was going to kill the victim and his dog.
