STAFF REPORTS

The Rome-Floyd Land Bank Authority could receive an allocation of $1 million dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, if the Rome City Commission gives its approval.

The Rome Community Development Committee recently approved sending the matter to the full commission for a vote.

The committee is also recommending that up to $300,000 in ARPA funds be earmarked for the development of Covington Park at the corner of East 12th Street and Cave Spring Road.
