A 21-year old Rome man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with statutory rape.

According to the warrant, David lee Austin Eubanks had sex with a female under the age of 16 at a location on Little Texas Valley Road.

The exact date of the act could not be determined but it is believed to have occurred in March of this year.
