FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Rome man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a tractor from a Floyd County business.
According to the arrest warrants, 35-year old Adrian Jamar Daniels took the Branson tractor, valued at $23,000, from Mathis Trailers on Kingston Highway back on January 10.
He then sold the tractor to another man for $6,500, writing a bill of sale using a fictitious name.
Daniels also allegedly stole a utility trailer, valued at $1,525, from the same business on January 3.
Daniels is charged with theft by deception, 1st-degree forgery, and two counts each of theft by taking and criminal trespass.
