FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 47-year old Rome man was arrested after police say he shot a firearm toward four juveniles on Wednesday.

According to Floyd County Jail records, John Thomas Pendergrass was taken into custody at his Strand Street home shortly after the incident.

He was charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct.
