On Tuesday morning the Rome Floyd Chamber held a groundbreaking event for an upcoming subdivision site being developed by the KC Homes CDR Management and the Smith and Douglas Homes group.

The location of the subdivision being developed is off of Highway 53, in the area of the bypass and the North Broad Extension NE.
