FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 26-year old Rome man was arrested at his residence on West Little Indian Trail Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with aggravated assault.

According to the warrant, Jamie Lee Cundiff II placed his hand over the nose and mouth of the victim, depriving her of oxygen and causing her to lose consciousness.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at a location on Greenwood Avenue, according to the warrant.

Cundiff is also charged with battery and aggravated stalking.
