A child was injured in a jet-ski accident near Spring Creek Bridge in Cherokee County, Alabama Sunday.

The child was transported by EMS for treatment of injuries after the jet-ski struck a pier.

The child’s father, who was also on the jet-ski, was taken to hospital by family members.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Marine Patrol Division is investigating the accident.
