FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A former inmate has been charged in a conspiracy to smuggle drugs into the Floyd County Prison.

According to the arrest warrants, 34-year old Brandon Gregory Mullis-Vonbehren plotted with his wife to drop off 13.2 grams of suspected marijuana, and two packs of tobacco in a trash can at the Shannon Recreation Complex.

The contraband was to be picked up and brought into the prison.

The alleged incident occurred in December of 2019.

Mullis-Vonbehren is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of items prohibited for inmates.
