STAFF REPORTS
The Rome Alcohol Control Commission is expected to re-examine the issue of home deliveries of alcoholic beverages when they meet Monday.
During last month’s meeting, the ACC decided to take no action on an ordinance opting to take more time to study it.
The ordinance mirrors a state law permitting home deliveries of alcohol.
Another issue the ACC is expected to revisit is an ordinance that would allow the city to pull the alcohol license of retailers who owe outstanding debts to the city.
An ordinance amendment pertaining to Sunday alcohol sales is also on the agenda for the meeting which begins Monday at 5 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
