FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

Two men were arrested Saturday in connection with an alleged assault at a motel on Martha Berry Boulevard.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 54-year old Robert Jefferson Lively of Calhoun and 48-year old Benjamin Edward Lively of Rome waved a deadly weapon at the victim with the intent to murder him.

The report did not go into specifics about what type of weapon was involved.
