STAFF REPORTS
It’s back to the classroom Monday morning for students in the Rome City School System.
At the direction of the superintendent, the school system went to live virtual learning on January 28 due to the rising number of COVID cases and the number of students and staff having to quarantine.
When the decision was made to go virtual, 750 students, faculty and staff members were in quarantine due to possible exposure or positive test results.
Once again, in-person classes resume Monday morning.
