A 22-year old Rome man is accused of burglarizing a home on Darlington Way.

According to arrest warrants, Rigoberto Calmo Hernandez forced his way into the residence by breaking a rear window while the victim was away on vacation.

He then took a television, a PlayStation 4 game system, boots, hats and tools.

Hernandez then pawned some of the stolen items.

He is charged with burglary, theft by taking and theft by deception.
