The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol are seeking the driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run.

55-year old Mark Snay of Fort Payne, Alabama was struck by a vehjicle as he walked along Highway 48 near Peach Orchard Road Sunday evening.

Investigators are looking for a 2007-2009 mid-size Ford or Lincoln SUV.

The vehicle would have damage to the passenger side, including a missing mirror.
