FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 28-year old Rome man was jailed Sunday on a felony warrant charging him with aggravated assault.
According to the warrant, Timothy Jacob Boyd used his vehicle to drag the victim through a parking lot on Chateau Drive.
Boyd also allegedly drove away from Rome Police, almost causing serious injury.
The alleged incidents occurred in late October.
On Sunday, Boyd reportedly refused to answer the door to his residence in an effort to avoid apprehension.
He was additionally charged with obstruction of officers.
