FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 74-year old Silver Creek man was arrested at his Abrams Road home Tuesday after police say he was found in possession of explosive devices and a handgun.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Jerry Parkerson Deems is a convicted felon.

He is charged with the three counts of the manufacture, distribution, or possession of an explosive device, a single count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and a probation violation.
