Floyd County Commissioners will consider a number of agenda items when they meet Tuesday night.
The board is expected to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rome-Floyd County Development Authority, Ball Container and Board of Tax Assessors of Floyd County.
Last week, the development authority approved the issuance of $38-million dollars in bonds for an expansion project at the Ball plant.
Commissioners will also consider the renovation of the Braves Premium Terrace and the remaining components of upgrades at State Mutual Stadium in the amount of $1,349,595.00.
This is budgeted in the 2017 SPLOST.
A change order regarding the construction of a mental health wing at the Floyd County Jail, another 2017 SPLOST project, is also on the agenda for the meeting which begins at 6 p.m.
During the caucus, which starts at 4 p.m., the commission will receive an update on the 2020 Census.
