FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
Floyd County Police have arrested an 18-year old on a felony count of child molestation.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Winter Whisper White had inappropriate physical contact with a juvenile at her High Bluff Road residence on Sunday.
White was additionally charged with 2nd-degree cruelty to children.
