FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 27-year old Rockmart man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Friday on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, and 3rd-degree cruelty to children.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Martin Elton Radke pointed a handgun at a 66-year old man and threatened to kill him.

The incident occurred at a location on Chateau Drive and was witnessed by an 8-year old child, according to the report.
