A Rome woman was jailed Wednesday on a felony warrant accusing her of using her vehicle as a weapon against another person.
According to the warrant, 52-year old Tomika Yatoya Curtis of an Ashland Park Boulevard address struck a woman with her 2005 Lexus, partially pushing the victim through the front wall of a convenience store on Calhoun Avenue back on June 20.
The victim sustained an injury to her leg.
Curtis’ Lexus continued through the front of the store, causing at least $4,000 in damage.
Curtis is charged with aggravated assault and 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
