FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Rome man was jailed Sunday on felony counts of 1st-degree burglary and theft by taking a motor vehicle.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 28-year old Jorge Luis Depaz-Acevedo broke a window and entered a residence on Graham Street just down the road from his own home.
He then allegedly took a 2004 Toyota van valued at $5,000.
