FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force officers execute a search warrant at a home on Elmwood Street early Friday and arrest three men on multiple drug charges.

According to Floyd County Jail records, officers found more than four grams of heroin, methamphetamine, THC vape cartridges, alprazolam and oxycodone pills.

Several glass smoking devices, digital scales, plastic baggies, more than an ounce of marijuana and a marijuana grinder were also recovered.

39-year old Joshua Dennis Beau Howell and 21-year old Dylan Andrew Fowler of the address and 38-year old William Kenneth Caruthers of Martha Berry Boulevard are all charged with trafficking heroin, possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute,  possession of controlled substances,  possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.
