FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 25-year old Rome man was arrested at his Burnett Ferry Road residence Wednesday on a felony kidnapping charge.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Charles Anthony Tray McPherson wrapped his arms around a 39-year old woman in an attempt to pull her into his home.

The victim’s foot and leg were injured during the incident.

McPherson is also charged with simple battery.
