Report: Man with gun threatens store clerk, police

A man is facing multiple charges following an incident in southeast Rome.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 55-year old Trevelyn Bruce Bradford of a Hull Avenue address went behind the counter at the Big H store on East 12th Street while in possession of a firearm.

Bradford reportedly told the clerk that he would kill him.

Bradford then walked to Rome Housing Authority property, from which he had been banned, where he threatened to kill three police officers.

Bradford is charged with aggravated assault, four counts of terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass and failure to appear in court.
