FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 33-year old Rome man, already in the Floyd County Jail has been charged with rape.

According to jail records, Vincente Gonzalez-Guarcas forcibly raped the victim over a prolonged period of time, beginning in 2004 and ending in 2013.

Gonzalez-Guarcas has been in jail since August 12 when he was arrested for allegedly choking and raping a different victim at his Maple Road residence.
