A 36-year old Rome man was arrested early Sunday after allegedly making threats and posting nude videos of a woman on social media.

According to the arrest warrants, Jamar Shantay Finley of a Blacks Bluff Road address posted videos of the victim in the nude and “twerking” to his Instagram and Facebook pages.

The incident occurred in January of this year, according to the warrant.

In March, Finley allegedly threatened the victim via Facebook, saying he would go to her home and beat her up.

He also reportedly suggested he would enlist help to kill the victim for $500.

The request was met by a third party who wrote “K….Let’s play,” meaning he would complete the “job” for $1,000.

Finley is charged with violating the prohibition on nude or sexually explicit transmissions, terroristic threats and acts, and a couple of probation violations.
