FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rockmart man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with theft by deception.

According to the warrant, 33-year old Jeramie Lee Baines traded a 4-wheeler, which he knew was stolen, to a 15-year old in exchange for another 4-wheeler valued at $2,000.

The incident occurred on December 9, 2016, at a location on Ireland Drive in Kingston, according to the warrant.

Baines is also charged with fugitive from justice.
