FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary at North Heights Elementary School on Atteiram Drive back on June 26.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 34-year-old Melinda Jane Black and 18-year-old Charles Franklin Pollard, both of an Atteiram Drive address, are charged with 1st-degree burglary and felony theft by taking.

The two are accused of entering the school building and taking property valued at $7,900.
