FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 49-year old Kingston man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Friday on a 1st-degree burglary charge.
According to the arrest warrant, Timothy Dewayne Simpson of a Jones Road address entered a residence on Bells Ferry Road on February 26 by breaking a window pane.
The woman who resides in the home was inside when the break-in occurred.
Simpson fled the scene after being confronted by the homeowner.
