The State of Alabama will once again have a sales tax holiday for school-related items.
The 14th annual tax holiday begins at 12:01 a.m. Friday, July 19 and ends at midnight Sunday, July 2
Shoppers will be able to buy certain school supplies, computers, books and clothing free of the state’s four percent sales or use tax.

Georgia will not have a back-to-school sales tax holiday this year.
