A 39-year old Rome man has been charged in connection with a reported burglary on Spring Circle back on May 20.

According to the arrest warrant, David Stephen Miller II of a Margo Trail address entered a building belonging to the victim, while the victim was in jail.

Miller and another unnamed individual took a battery charger, a fishing tackle box, die-cast cars, and various hand tools and power tools.

A witness saw Miller exiting the woods behind the house with two large duffel bags and the battery charger.

The witness said she was told to mind her own business and the property was loaded onto a Ford F-150 owned by Miller, who is charged with 1st-degree burglary.
