Two Rome residents were arrested Wednesday at Graham Homes on East 13th street after Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force Officers say they had items used to make and distribute synthetic marijuana, along with a small amount of actual marijuana.

27-year old Crystal Brown Lackey and 37-year old Marcus Andre Lackey are both charged with possession of substances used to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance near public housing, and possession of drugs within 1,000 feet of a school.
