FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Lindale man is facing a 1st-degree cruelty to children charge after he allegedly punched a minor under the age of 16 in the nose.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 35-year old Jamie Lee Busby also pushed a woman up against a chain fence during a domestic altercation at his residence on Avenue E.
The altercation occurred in the presence of two juveniles.
Busby was also charged with simple battery and 3rd-degree cruelty to children.
