FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 23-year old Rome man was jailed early Thursday on charges of kidnapping.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Hector Raul Hernandez Guerra of a Cedar Avenue address forced an adult female into a car against her will and drove away with her.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 a.m. at a location on Mahogany Street.

Hernandez Guerra was arrested about an hour later on East Main Street.
