Warrant: Man took woman’s vehicle and traded it for another vehicle
A Rome man has been arrested on felony warrants, charging him with theft by deception and theft by conversion.
According to the warrants:
25-year-old Jonathan Blake Money told a woman that his family owned a garage and that he would fix her vehicle.
Money took possession of the victim’s vehicle, valued at $20,000, and then traded it for another vehicle.
In addition to the felony warrants, money is also charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and a probation violation.
Woman accused of violating TPO
A West Rome woman is facing charges of felony aggravated stalking and misdemeanor battery following her arrest on Monday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
49-year-old Kenyana Smith Maner violated a temporary protective order by contacting a man for harassing and intimidating puppies.
She reportedly struck the victim in the face
