The Rome-Floyd County Planning Commission will consider three rezoning applications when it meets on Thursday.
One application seeks to rezone 202 Waddell Street, 0 Stonewall Street, and 203 Stonewall Street from High Density Traditional Residential to Multi-Family Residential.
The applicant wants to build fourteen 1,400 to 1,500 square foot townhomes with a price range of $225,000 to $250,000.
The planning commission will also hear a rezoning request for 4620 Alabama Highway.
The applicant is seeking to rezone the property to match the established use and to construct an approximate 200 square foot addition to the building.
A rezoning request for 21 Old Billy Pyle Road is also on the agenda.
That applicant wants a rezoning from Community Commercial to Suburban Residential to match the existing use.
Thursday’s planning commission meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
