A Rome woman initially arrested in the parking lot of a church in Summerville Park on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime is facing an additional felony.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
The Smith and Wesson 38 revolver that was located in the passenger side door of the vehicle was reported stolen in Santa Rosa County in Florida.
37-year-old Kayla Chenee Delay is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
